White Hills is a development in London dating back to the 1970’s, by the Sifton Group. At that time they believed they were building the homes of the future. A lot of the homes didn’t have basements (and still don’t) and were electric only for utilities. Some have been converted to gas furnaces recently.
It is a residential neighbourhood, with the average sale price being less than the London average home price. For that reason, it is a popular area for first time buyers and young families.
